NORTON Radstock InfoPlus is Bath & North East Somerset Council’s first ‘one stop shop’ and provides convenient local access to a wide range of Council services and information.

Many InfoPlus staff have recently completed NVQs in Customer Care as part of an extensive training programme to supplement their already excellent knowledge of available services.

In addition to making Council Tax payments at InfoPlus, you can also get information about your housing and Council Tax benefits, enquire about recycling and refuse, cleansing, highways, planning, housing options, concessionary travel and disabled parking badges.

The office layout and counters at InfoPlus are designed to offer privacy, and rooms are also available for confidential discussions, so just ask a member of staff.

The automatic door, with level access at the front of the building offers wheelchair access and disabled toilet facilities are also available.

InfoPlus opening hours were revised recently in line with customer demand over the last 12 months.

Late night opening on Mondays and Wednesdays have been reduced from 7pm to 5.30pm, and increased by half an hour on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

The new opening hours are:
Mondays (8.30am-5.30pm),
Tuesdays (9.30am-5.30pm),
Wednesdays (8.30am-5.30pm),
Thursdays (8.30am-5.30pm),
Fridays (8.30am-5pm)
Saturdays (9am-12noon).
